Our goal is to ensure all customers are completely satisfied. Orders placed online for stock items for UK delivery are delivered within 10/14 days. Please remember that many of our products come with a bespoke sticker service so orders placed need to be finished before dispatch.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for our bespoke bat and ‘knocking in’ service.
Shipping in the U.K. is via a next day courier service, overseas orders via courier on a 10 – 14 day service. Dispatch is confirmed via E-mail. All of our parcel contents are insured against loss when sent in order to minimise the risk to the customer.
UK delivery on cricket bats is fixed at £15
Delivery to The US, Caribbean, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand are £35GBP
Delivery to other parts of the world is possible but shipping may need to be calculated on a bespoke basis.
